Is our bond excess and how does the 'other insurance' clause work?
No, our bond is not excess coverage.
It is primary coverage, but has an ‘other insurance’ clause.

Yes. Our bond covers any weapon (guns, knives, baton, billy club, taser, stun gun) as long as it was legally possessed at the time of the incident and our principal is acquitted of criminal charges.
Are expert witnesses covered?
Yes, if acquittal or charges dismissed.
Does CCW Bond include defense "in the limits" or "outside the limits"?
